ACA Open Enrollment (Under 65)  November 1, 2025 – January 15, 2026 If you need coverage for yourself, your family, or your small business, we’ll help you navigate Utah’s ACA marketplace, determine your subsidy eligibility, and choose a plan that fits your needs and budget.

Medicare Annual Enrollment  October 15 – December 7, 2025 This is your chance to review your Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D drug plans. We’ll help you compare options, check your prescriptions and providers, and make sure your coverage still works for you in 2026.

Additional Coverage We also offer affordable dental, vision, and indemnity plans to help protect you from unexpected costs and round out your coverage.

Office visits are by appointment only, and we encourage you to reach out early to reserve your spot. You can also submit your provider and prescription list online to get started.
